Create a Phone Line.
This phone line might be provisioned in different ways:
- Phone Equipment: You receive an analog phone adapter where you can connect a traditional handset.
- VoIP: You may place calls after 'registering' your phone devices in our PBX, or by setting the IP address of your server in the "Call Allowance" section.
- CODECs Available: G.711 & G.729.
- Price: The price you pay may be the fee of the plan you select, or if it is a prepaid amount, it is applied for calls out of the plan.
A hosted VOIP (Voice Over IP) phone system replaces expensive phone systems, installation, handsets, land lines and numbers with a simple, cost-efficient alternative. Voxtra provides a powerful phone system, hosted in the cloud, which is available to use on a monthly subscription basis. Each user can use a softphone or handset, which just needs to be plugged into your broadband or office network to allow you to access features such as voicemail, IVR and more, all from your control panel.
Add a conference room where you speak with other people over the phone.
Several people can join the conference.
You must buy a phone number separately to use this product.
When buying the phone number, please make sure the number of channels the phone numbers have meet the required people you want to have in the phone conversations. At least, there should be two (2) channels available.
Calling Cards and Affiliated Numbers: 1-567-261-9450
If you don't have a phone number registered under your account, you will be prompted to enter a PIN number; otherwise, your account's balance will be pulled up and used.
Fax & Conference: 1-305-890-1596
If you're not sending a fax, you will be asked for the conference room. Agents can call customers and transfer them to the conference room, then join them.
Add balance to your Comtel prepaid account.
Balance is applied immediately after payment is received.
